Your documents stay yours.
Nova is designed so you always know where your data is, who can access it and what leaves the platform.
We tell you exactly what leaves, and where to.
The models that read your documents and write the answers run on our servers. The only possible outbound flows are listed below and recorded in a log your administrator can review.
What we guarantee, and how.
No training on your data
Your documents, questions and answers never train any model, with us or anywhere else.
Models operated in France
Language, vision, transcription and voice models run on Novatech servers. No third-party AI provider receives your documents.
European web search, with your approval
Web search goes through Qwant and Ecosia by default. Only the words of the query leave, never the content of your documents.
Permissions apply to the AI too
An employee never gets an answer based on a document they are not allowed to open.
Everything is logged
Exportable audit trail and outbound network log, available to your administrator.
GDPR tooling
Access and portability file in one click, right to erasure, assistant memory that can be switched off.
Protected accounts
Two-factor authentication, encrypted access to the accounts you link, automatic sign-out after 24 hours of inactivity.
Demanding environments
Nova can run in HDS and ISO 27001 perimeters, notably at our certified hosting partner, or on your own servers.
Security questions
Where is my data hosted?
In France, on infrastructure operated by Novatech. With the Sovereign plan, it can also stay on your own servers.
Does Nova use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
No. Nova uses open models that we run ourselves. No document is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other AI provider.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account and documents are erased. Beforehand, you can retrieve your data with the portability file.
Can I turn off web search?
Yes. Your administrator decides whether web search is allowed and with which engines.
Try Nova on your own documents.
15 days free, no credit card. If you don't continue, everything is erased.
