What is the termination notice on the Sud-Froid maintenance contract, and did the amendment change it?

The original contract sets a 3-month notice period before the anniversary date 1. Amendment no. 2 of 14 March 2026 shortens it to 2 months and allows notice by email with acknowledgement of receipt 2.

Before you start.
How is Nova different from ChatGPT or Claude?
Those are general-purpose assistants, operated abroad, that don't know your company. Nova works on your documents, cites the passage behind every answer and runs its models on Novatech servers in France. Your conversations never train any model.
Do I need an IT person to get started?
No. Create your account, upload your first documents and ask a question. A built-in guide shows you each feature on screen.
Which formats can Nova read?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EPUB, web pages, emails, ZIP archives, scanned images (text recognition), audio and video (transcription).
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged: the trial needs no credit card. If you don't continue, your account and all your documents are deleted automatically and permanently.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No, never. Your documents, questions and answers stay confidential and never train any model, with us or anywhere else.
Who can see my documents in a company?
Only the people your organization authorizes. Permissions also apply to the AI: it never cites a document the person cannot open.
Can we install Nova on our own servers?
Yes, with the Sovereign plan. The whole platform, models included, installs on your servers or in the sovereign cloud of your choice. For health data or ISO 27001 requirements, Nova can run at our certified hosting partner. We start with a pilot on your data.
